We believe weddings should be as unique as the love stories they celebrate, that’s why we prefer to create packages that are custom-tailored to your decor vision.  

Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a lavish celebration, we delight in designing an event that feels as personal as it is memorable. We’ll collaborate with you to design your big day from the uplighting to the tablecloth rentals, to the napkins, and ceiling draping.

We’ve had the pleasure of creating beautiful weddings at all the best Oahu wedding venues, from industrial spaces like the Pig & The Lady, to classic ballrooms at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and outdoor spaces like Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch. Having done many events at each of these locations, we know how to use lighting, wedding table linens, and event draping to create one-of-a-kind events, even in commonly used venues.

We monitor inquiries Monday - Thursday (9 AM - 5 PM HST) and Fridays (9 AM - 3 PM HST). 

Please note that on weekends, we typically work weddings and, therefore, do not respond to inquiries over the weekend.

On the call, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your vision for your event, and share a draft proposal. 

We’ll follow up with you about a week after our call to see if you have any questions or want to make adjustments to the proposal.

When you’re happy with the proposal, we will send an invoice. Once you’ve signed our contract and made your deposit (50% of total costs), consider your booking officially reserved! 

Then, our favorite part starts, collaborating with you throughout your planning process. We are happy to do site visits and swatch reviews as we nail down the details. You’ll have access to our team via texts, calls, emails, Zoom - whatever you prefer! 

The remainder of your bill is due 1 week before your event.

If you opt for the will-call option, we will have your linens available for pick up at a time of your choosing. 

If you opt for full service, we will install and remove your wedding linens on your wedding day.

FAQs



Our pipe and drape rentals range from 10 ft to 20 ft high, depending on your preference.



One section of event draping is 10ft in length. For example, if you want to drape 30ft of draping, you would need three sections. 



We carry a curated selection of event draping linens. For our wedding table linens, we have a variety of colors, patterns, and textures.



Yes! If you choose the full-service option, we will deliver, install, and remove the linens for you. 

If you choose the will-call option, you will handle pick up, set up, and removal of the linens yourself. 



Yes, we offer a will-call option for linen orders. Just let us know you’re interested in the will-call option, and we will find a time that works for you to pick up your linen order from our office. 

There is no additional charge for will-call options.  



We don’t mail out swatches, but we are always happy to meet with you in person to present our linen collection. We also have a digital catalog of our linen collection and a la carte rentals, which we can email you.



No, we provide all napkin folds and placements at no additional charge! Your napkins will be pre-folded according to your chosen style and delivered to your venue, ready for seamless placement.



Absolutely! We love working alongside coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly.



Yes, once you’ve booked your date and paid your deposit, we’re more than happy to accompany you on a site visit to ensure our design ideas align with the venue layout. 

If necessary, we can also conduct site visits without you. 



Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
